A lot depends on how much you each weigh and how far you ride per day. The more you weigh, the firmer you need the seat to be - otherwise you'll compress the foam until you are sitting on the seat pan.

I'm nearly 300 lbs, and the Corbin works for me. My 120lb wife loves the Corbin on her Street Glide because between the seat and the backrest, the strain on her low back is eliminated. Others hate the Corbins, but I can ride all day on mine.

As has been stated everyone's butt is different, but for me the Mustang Vintage Super Touring seat has worked out really well. With the drivers backrest.

I have a 2011 limited I've tried the mustang, the reduced reach and the super reduced reach and I ended up back on the stock seat with a driver backrest

Corbin dual tour. Leather seating surface is standard..... and you might want to look at the heated seat option. She'd like that. My present 10 year old seat still allows this senior rider to go 12 hour days easily.

+1 on the Russell Day Long. I couldn't imagine a motorcycle seat being more comfortable. I'm glad I got it right the first time. My brother has a Mustang seat on his Road King and hates it. Most posts I have read about after market seats seem to be 50/50 love and hate. I have never read a single post about an uncomfortable Russell Day Long.

We're happy with our Hammock. We just returned from a trip running 385 miles each way and no monkey butt going straight through just stopping to get gas and a quick break to eat each way. Very comfortable!
