18" agitator hd wheel and matching rotor problems!

Default 18" agitator hd wheel and matching rotor problems!
Installed wheel and polished matching stainless rotors. After taking it easy on the brakes for a few hundred miles as stated in directions, these things now give off a horrible pulsating through brake lever. These are the floating ones too, what gives?

The directions that came with the rotors stated that a special part number for pads be used, but then it said these pads were on all 99 and later bikes. Mine is an 11 and this warped rotors feel is driving me nuts and I'm 530 miles from home.

I have had the 18" cvo wheels on for about 3k miles now. No problems like this at all so far.

Did you put new pads on at the time of install? Ive always been told, rule of thumb, if you put new disc or rotors on, put new pads on as well. Nut sure if thats true or not.

No new pads, used originals. They had only 2000 miles on them.

Change your pads. If you still get the pulsation, you've warped a rotor.
