Default Problems Getting Through to Revolution Performance...

Looking for a little help...

Been trying to reach Andrew and the crew at Revolution Performance in Plymouth, WI since 8:00AM this morning...had the phone programmed for auto-dial every 30 seconds since 8:30AM. Web site is down, toll free line does not work and both the FAX and standard landlines are inoperative (ringing as if the phones are off the hook instead of a standard busy signal).

They closed early on Friday for the long 4th of July weekend. They received my ECM for flashing on Wednesday morning at 9:38AM and I have yet to get it back...should have been in my hands NLT Friday morning. I'm starting to get uncomfortable.

Anybody know what gives? This is very unlike them...

Bump this for you, I understand your concern. I too noticed the website is down.
Maybe Brian or Andrew will see this today and chime in.

The Revolution Performance site back up...and all of the phone lines are now working! They were hard down all morning.

Just spoke with Adrian...and just my luck...Andrew is at a dental appointment and the tech that does the ECM flashing has gone to lunch. I will call Andrew back in the next hour or so to find out what has happened to my ECM.

As a note...no ECM as of 12:15PM CST. It has been 6+ days since they signed for my unit in Plymouth...I had shipped it FEDEX with the pre-addressed, pre-paid label that was included on the box that Revolution Performance sent me. This is not the way this 'shipping deal' is supposed to work!

Glad to hear all is well with RP. I'm sure you're unit will get to you shortly. I had some issues in the beginning with mine that was no fault of RP and they stepped up very quickly to make it right.

I've had nothing but excellent service from them, as well. But this foul-up has cost me plenty! I had them relocate the 'bungs' on my V&H head pipes so my O2 sensors would fit properly. To ensure that I would have my pipes AND my ECM...I had Andrew ship the pipes back to me 2 Day Air. Instead of the $14.30 it cost me to ship my pipes to them, it cost $102.46 to ship them back to me! In the same exact box that I sent them in...but at least I had them! Andrew personally assured me that if he had the ECM by Wednesday that I would have it back on Friday...so I personally carried the box to the FEDEX Depot to make sure the ECM would arrive on Wednesday...and it did, at 9:38AM! I took Friday off in anticipation of the FEDEX man coming to my house by 10:30AM and me having my Street Glide back on the road over the long holiday weekend...but alas, that did not happen. A few minutes after lunch that afternoon I attempted to call Andrew...but I got a recorded message stating they were closing the shop early for the holiday. I still was not upset because tomorrow was Saturday and FEDEX Priority runs on Saturday! But only to be disappointed again...FEDEX did not show. So...I pouted the whole weekend (my wife's words) and waited for Tuesday morning to arrive so I could speak to a person about my problem. Well...you already know that part of the story.

I will update this post when I speak to Andrew...

Spoke with Andrew at 1:45PM CST...

The ECM unit did not get picked up by UPS Overnight like it should have at the end of last week...therefore it looks like it just went out today and will be delivered in the morning. Not much else to talk about from their perspective. These things just happen!

Guess I have nothing more to do except wait, huh? Eventually I will get my ECM back.
