Cool Vibration

Hey I have a 2000 Ultra. I was camping and rode it home about 250 miles yesterday. about the last 50 miles when I would slow say under 45 to 50, i was getting a stronger than normal vibration from the engine. It seemed to smooth out above 50. I think that I am hearing an extra noise coming from the primary side. Any thoughts would be a help.

can you duplicate this?

check your magnetic plugs for metal flakes, maybe even invest in sending off an oil sample for analisys for the primary

most of the vibration and noise related items in the primary are pretty hard to analyze with out opening her up.

just out of curiosity, what weight oil do you have in the primary now?

wow that was the wrong answer, not sure where the head was on that. I am using HD formula plus in the primary.
