Just got back from a 2000 mile trip. Noticed the whole trip i was getting some wobble. This is the first trip with the 21" front and avon tires. Also first trip since i installed the progressive touring link. Just going down the interestate i would get a little wobble out of the front. And if i get in a sweeper the rear would wiggle a bit then settle in. If i hit a bump same thing wiggle some then settle in. In twisties when i throw it in a corner it would wag the back then settle in. I freaking hate it and i need to get this thing smoothed out. So whats your guess to the issue. What would make the front wiggle some? And the rear needs taken care of big time too.
Run down of the bike
07 sg with bitchin baggers 11" shocks and HD 1" fork lowering kit with bitchin baggers damper tubes ( makes it a 1.5" total drop in front) screamin eagle fork oil, 21" front wheel 120/70 avon ,stock rear with 150 avon.
Yep after a year of wobble i just went back to a 18 front made all the differance,The 21 looks awsome but it handles like crap.and i know guys out there will say theirs handles fine.On my bike i have 15000 miles on the 21 so i know how it handles and only 100 on the 18 and its like a brand new bike.
Start with the simple things, they are often overlooked, like checking the air pressures in the tires. Low air pressures can be the cause wobble upfront.
Air pressure was checked and dialed in to 40 psi before i took off and checked throughout my trip

Things don't change much ...had the same problem 25 years ago with my panhead ..with a 21inch skinny avon ...would follow the rain grooves in the concrete on the freeway ..would actually get stuck in the tar seams and I could watch the front end (6"over narrow glide ) twist as I tried to get it out of the tar seams ........
check your neck could be loose the rear i wouldnt know. i have a 21 and 18 went to texas and back with out any problems if u have spokes they may need to be trued.
