Does anybody know of any manufacturers making a luggage rack for street glides other than the MOCO. I talked with Motherwells not too long ago and they still did not offer one.

Only option is MoCo as far as I know. I run the rack that fits on the detach backrest and it works well.

Motherwell makes several different racks for touring models. There has to be something that can be adapted.

Are you talking about a solo luggage rack or two-up rack?

I've used a Motherwell solo luggage rack on my Street Glide.

I was at the HD shop tonight and looked at the SG, Basically it the same as a Classic except for the signal mounts and license plate location. Look at the Motherwell Quick release rack for the classic with a laydown plate holder. You will have to drill two holes in the chrome bar where it wraps over the back of the rear fender to mount the quick release portion of the rack. I have this rack when I take my tour trunk off. I don't need the trunk around town. Good Luck.
