You can try to carefully pound it out with a rubber mallet from inside while keeping firm pressure on the outside with your hand. There is a chance you can get it out without cracking the paint, just go easy.

Try calling dent wizard, they do cars for a reasonable price, I'm not sure, but they may do bikes, can't hurt to ask.

I had a nice dent in mine and called a paintless dent repair guy similar to Dent Wizard.

He used the tire as leverage to press the dent out from underneath. It was a perfect repair. It cost me about $60.

I pulled mine off to do ao few things and used a large socket and rolled the dent out from the indside. The dent was on it whne I bought it and there was a small crease to it, so I couldn't get all of it. It is much better then before.

Paintless dent repair guys are magicians. And if you are not satisfied you don't pay generally. Also would be less than $100 to fix. Most of the time about half that.

what these guys said paintless dent repair guy, you will never know it was there and if they can't do it you don't pay. You have nothing to lose before going to buy that new fender.
