Nylon bike shorts from Wally world, alaska leather sheepskin and some anti monkey butt powder,,,never had a sore butt, altho some 4 wheelers give me a case of the red ***.

Personally I don't have any room in the front to fit a banana, but if you do, and feel the need.........by all means, go for it.LOL

Not sure that the question about the Airhawk got answered. Yes, it has a tube you can use to inflate the cushion. The BEST advice I got was to run it with less air than I had in it. Second, I use bicycle shorts (the padded kind), cutting the rubber out of the legs to make it comfortable. Also, I use MonkeyButt powder on "the boys" and works like a charm. I also wear "Wickers" underwear that wicks the sweat away.

One other note....my Sundowner is vinyl......pleather........

From 03/1998 - 08/2002 rode 130,000 miles. Tried everything; sheepskin, cushions, gel under the seat, etc, etc and ended up in hot weather with no shorts and riding on a $15 set of beads. The air circulated under my butt. When the fall arrives if you try this your butt gets chilled.

For jock itch you can't beat Zeasorb AF. Way more absorbant than any spray.
