Default Leaking Primary

Gotta a small but steady leak from the bottom of the outer primary cover...doesn't appear to be running down from anywhere , but right by the drain plug (not on the drain plug) on the outer cover . I bought a new outer primary gasket, but thought I would get any info I could from you guys. And is there anything special I need to know in regards to replacing that gasket. TIA

Oh and it's an 07 Road King...

I thought my leak that was dripping from that same place was the gasket. But when I had it fixed under warranty they said it was a seal on the inner primary.

happened with my RKC at 10000 miles and on my wife's Triglide at 5000 miles. The dealer replaced all of the seals on the primary side including the transmision gasket (all under warantee) No prblems since then. I have 20000 on the RKC now.
