The wife (riding her '09 Softail Deluxe) and I just finished riding the three sisters motorcycle route in the Texas Hill Country. 132 miles on twisty Texas Ranch Roads. If you ever get to the Hill Country you got to ride the sisters, Ranch Roads 335, 336 and 337. It's an awesome ride.
WOW! I've done 2 sisters...never 3. I've done a mom and daughter (not the same time)...does that count for anything?! LOL
Hill Country...grew up around Burnet, Marble Falls, Austin and even San Antonio areas. I bet that was a cool ride...even though it's hot as hell there right now.
We were blessed with cloud cover most of the day, but still very warm. Bikes performed flawlessly. So glad we moved up from our Sportsters. The wife was grinning' from ear to ear, she really enjoyed the ride.
Yep, we'll be here until Tuesday. Plan to do a bunch more exploring. We're staying I'm Bandera, so lots of opportunities to ride the twisty roads. Sure beats the Rio Grande Valley roads where we live. Wednesday we head out for Houston takin' the scenic route.
