Sorry you're having problems. You might want to offer a little more info. Does the motor turn over? Can you hear the fuel pump running? Do you have lights when the motor won't start? Does it have gas in the tank? What year bike?

Some of the early twincams had an issue (a recall) with the main circuit breaker going bad. The bike would lose all power, no lights, horn, radio, nothing. After awhile the breaker would cool down and reset. The bike would then start with no apparent problem until next time. You didn't give us much information to go by, but that would be my first guess.
