I'm thinking I can get a compressor under the battery someplace! Anyone have one in that location??
Yes, the compressor fits nicely in the pocket just ahead of the battery.

There should be room under the battery tray. Most people running a Draggin Baggers system on a cruise control bike have mounted the compressor under the tray. If you want I can take some measurements of the compressor included with the DB system over the weekend and post them here. Might give you a guide as to how much room you have there.
If you don't have cruise control, there might be room for a compressor under the left side cover?
I'll have to shift some of my new wiring over in front of the battery, have taken up some of that space with the addition to the RK with the fairing / radio / gauges / fan / present air horn / 's relays and fuses.
I've looked at what little room I've got on the left side cover. Thats not near enough for the compressor I'm thinking of.

I wish it was this weekend!
You know how hard its been to squirel away the funds for what I've done to the RK?
This is only one of many projects going on. And I'm still not quite up to where I should be on the RK for my timeline!
But, soon enough the transformation will be complete! All will know.
Looks GOOD
I have a few questions. What did you have before? How is the performance? Which baffle did you get?
I am thinking of ordering them with the new quiet baffle for my Ultra. I donât want it to loud.
Thanks Ripp
The sound will depend on the motor. With the stock motor, the Fatcat has a nice, deep, pretty mellow tone. Add displacement, compression, and cam overlap, and it turns into an animal!!!! Best looking 2-1 and best performing pipe around.
Don't they have a falsie mufler available for the left side, Sales Mgr at the dealership where I bought my
SG has 2 into 1 and a false pipe/Muffler for the left..

Looks better but is it a real muffler??
That may be a bit costly...
Well you could leave the left stock muffler hanging their. Lot of weight doing nothing. All you would have to do is maybe trim it some so the head pipe is close to the rear cylinders new head pipe of that 2-into-1 headers head pipe.
It won't look to bad. I thought about cutting it all up to put the air horn into it. So it would look dual and have the horn blasting out the back end!

More like a ringing headache in my case. The reason I am no longer running a Fatcat(I switched to a Supermeg that I love) is I had a headache for hours after a six hour ride running a FC on a 95" 10.5 compression Woods cammed motor.
