Target, Walmart, eBay, Amazon, Old Navy, just about everywhere. Search on google for them, hundreds of places sell them.

Try a pair of bicycle shorts. Compression shorts with some padding in the right places.

I got the Under Armor ones for hot weather at the local sporting goods store. They make a HUGE difference on long rides in hot weather.

Was on tour last week in Ontario during their heat wave. (On different days), I rode in briefs, Underarmor, and padded bicycle shorts. Underarmour offered slight improvement but also became uncomfortable after several hours. The bicycle shorts were the best hands-down. I am buying more.

Try goodwill. They're used and you might have to pick some hair out of them, but hey....

Most will find that specialty shorts from bicycle store will give better results because of the seams. Standard compression shorts have seams that go across the center of the butt cheeks and that seam will give problems over the long time. Bicycle shorts generally will not have the seam running that way and will be smooth over the butt cheeks. They will cost considerably more money than regular compression shorts.
