Default CVO "TBW" Part #

Does anyone have the part # for the CVO "Throttle By Wire" harness? Getting ready for a bar swap and everyone claims this makes pulling the throttle side wires much easier.

Are the wires on the CVO TBW kit the same colors as the wire on the stock TBW? Or is there a cross reference chart for the color change?

Dawg, or anyone else, I finally got my new sensor today. The wiring diagram above is pretty straight forward. But my new sensor has a third sleeve with two wires in it. It's a smaller black sleeve with one black and one white wire in it. What do these wires go to?
