Bad smell!
I got a 2008 FLHT, fantastic bike that suits my needs well. It is equipped with V&H Monster Ovals, and the S.E. Hi-flow air cleaner. My problem: when decellerating, I get a short stench of oil vapor, its kinda nauseating although brief.
My only guess is that it comes from the small breather nozzles in the air cleaner bracket.
Can anyone relate to this problem? Similar experiences? Solutions?

In part you said "...kinda nauseating although brief..." The key word here is "brief." I recommend you change your briefs/shorts - the odor could be originating from this location and changing them will likely correct the odor. LOL!!! Sorry.
