About the only advantage I can see is that a tire inflated with nitrogen should be purged of moisture, thereby maintaining pressure more consistently, while inhibiting any corrosion.
That being said, I'm happy running just the 78%.
I use it in my autos, and used it in my previous bike. I plan to put it in my tires when it's time to replace them.
Biggest advantage, IMHO, is that it keeps the tire pressure consistant no matter the temp, and eliminates moisture. Have heard that tires will run cooler with nitrogen, but have no proof of that. You know....it's one of those things that "they" say. And
you know how "they" are about that.......

The Ideal Gas Law
PV=nRT
P = Pressure
V= Volume
n = moles
T = Temperature
R = 62.364 L Torr mol^-1 K^-1
This equation states that temperature and pressure and related, the pressure will always change relative to the pressure and vice versa. Nitrogen must also abide by these rules. The only gain you would see from it would be that it would be dry. Assuming these people are getting N2 from reputable places with lots of filters in thier pumping station ie. Air Gas. Versus compressed air which we all know has water in it most times due to humidity. N2 will leak out of your tires just the same as air, due to N2 molocule being smaller than O2. This is just my $.02 on the matter, not jumping on anyones case. Personally I'd fill my tires with Helium lighter is better
