Well, here's where we sit. The new rear frame is on and we test fitted the rear wheel to make sure it tracked straight. Everything goes off to paint next week. The new wiring harness, cams, exhaust, wiring the bars, floorboards, signals, and all the other little **** will go on while the sheetmetal is getting sprayed.
The RF speakers and amp are in. Look great, love how small the amp is. The amp was tested at 85w @ 4ohms so that's exciting.
The Yaffe sheetmetal is a little rough, especially in the tank area where the seat goes. Hopefully my body and paint guy doesnt rape me on prep time. The bags are Gen2's from Top Shop and they are great quality - i love the carpeted bags.
I'm good except for some torn ligaments in my knee. So, hopefully surgery and rehab will handle it - but you never know with military doc's. People still ask how i wasled away from the wreck... Anyway, looking forward to it being done.

ya my yaffe tank took some work to get looking straight.
I ordered it nickel plated. talked to Brady, he said it was on the invoice but it doesnt show as being paid/shipped. So i may have gotten a non-plated tank.
Hey bro. It's been a long time. I wrecked mine too. Well my girlfriend ran me over on her bike. That thing is looking good. I'm thinking about going back to a Touring Bike. Probably a Road Glide. Anyway be safe and I will follow this thread and see how it turns out.
