Ok guys, I've been around this forum long enough to know 2 things: 1) Everyone has differing opinions, and 2) We're really good at helping each other spend $$$. With that being said, I have between $1k and $1500 to spend on my new-to-me Road King, and I'm looking for ideas. Besides the obligitory 4 point docking system, backrest and luggage rack for the wife my first purchase for ME was exhaust, intake and tuner. I like my Harley to sound like one.

 

A new seat and backrest aren't going to be close to $1500 so I voted for the Fatcat/ PCIII/ Tune.

 

I voted for the "Save the $$$ towards a 98" kit in the future", BUT I think the 98" will only make you want the 103"

 

Thanks for the replies. It's got V&H True Duels on it now, and I just don't really like them.....may be for sale soon! When it comes to power, it's never enough! I've got a 113" in my Softail that makes 117/122, and I want more! I forgot one other option. Ohlin shocks was supposed to be on the New Seat/ Rider Backrest option.
