I ordered on this spring and it took 6 weeks to get but I was really pleased. The problem occurred a week ago. I noticed spider web cracking from on of the bolt holes. I took a picture and emailed it to them to inquire as to whether it was covered by a warranty. Three days and counting and no reply. I am giving them a pass for a few more days cause I figure they may be in Sturgis.
They don't tell you they are going to Sturgis or another venue when you make your order. This happen to me last year. I think it took about 5 weeks before I got my windshield. I think they should be obligated to let you know their normal production will be down and you may not get your windshield unless they happen to have it in stock.

I ordered a shield from them about this time last year. I contacted them shortly after the order and asked for an expedited shipment due to an upcoming trip. I got my shield in about 3 weeks. Still use the shield today, so I believe it's worth the wait.
I recently ordered a 12.5" tinted with recurve and vent. I received mine in less than two weeks from order date. Fits perfectly, looks good and the vent works great also. No complaints about Clearview.
Mark got me a confirmed order via email yesterday. And now, as it turns out, I never realized that the my Harley shield has a slight tint to it. I wondered why the clear shields looked 'plastic' to me....know I know. Emailed Mark back detailing a change in my order to light grey. Hope he gets it before production. Was indeed good to hear back from him. He's got to be snowed business wise. That's a good thing. No double dip recession in the bike accessory world.
I know they are in Sturgis right now because I just bought a shield from them in Sturgis on tuesday. great to deal with. let me test ride different shields.
Ordered a Clearview and was expecting it to take 3 weeks to be manufactured and then shipped to Alberta, Canada. Got an e-mail which included the USPS tracking number and I 'followed' it from Colorado to San Francisco to Edmonton. I had it installed in less than 3 weeks from ordering. It's my second Clearview and I heartily endorse both the product and customer service. (22" smoked on a 2009 RK btw)
Just got a email from them yesterday with my tacking number for my shield. It took only 15 days from order to ship, which was within there 14-21 quoted timeframe.
