Wow your bike looks great. Do you have a better side shot of it? Its not about the money I just want the right look. So I guess its really a toss up from the fat spokes or like a 80 spoke. More pics would be awesome! Thanks for your input
Check out V-twin Aug. 2011 page 78 and tell me what you think. This bike made the mag and I didn't notice the different wheels when I first read the article. If you can only afford the front right now, I don't think anyone will see it anyway. Most bikes I see are running solid Fatboy wheels on the back and badass 21" or bigger up front.
I have 21" 80 spokes twisted on the front and matching 16" on back, but you can't even see the back wheel, just the whitewall.
YOU will see it... YOU will know... it will bug you to death

Look at your pics, I can't see yours. You can barely see mine, not enough to tell how many spokes there are. Of course you willl know, but anybody else probably won't. If it was me all over again I would still buy a matching pair though.
If I had 2 different it wouldn't matter becaause when I'm riding you couldn't tell and then when I stop and air down you won't see it.
I will get some better pics for you later. I'm still in a wheelchair from totaling my Fatboy so when I get around to wheeling today I'll take some.

LOL, yeah, well that's on the lean side Go over to that other side and they are plain as day. All about perception and angle of view though.
Those girls at the light behind you on the right will be all "Yeah, he's cute and all, but, see how his wheels don't match? I just don't think I could do a one night stand with a guy who can't match his wheels... I bet his socks don't match either. Too bad, if his wheels had matched I would have done things to him that would have made him ashamed to look his mother in the eye..."

Haha you guys are killing me. I understand the matching thing. It comes down to the fqt spoke style or the 80 spokes I guess. That's why I want to see pictures.
I just put an 80 spoke 21" Ride Wright wheel on the front of mine. I bought it through Dr. V-Twin. I don't have any pics of it here at work, but i'll try to get some up tonight or tomorrow. It's a personal thing, but i don't care for the looks of the fat spokes....but to each their own! And, the different wheels don't bother me yet, but i already had plans to do stretched bags when i can afford to.
Another reason I had to go both front and rear. My bike is a custom It comes mag wheels stock. So I know it would not look right with a spoke wheel in the front and a mag on the rear. I have been planning how my Harley would look like when I got it for years. So I am just making that happened. If I had to do it all over again I would of probably just gotten a road king classic to start off with. But the custom I bought was such a good deal that I had too. You make your own choices your the one that is going to have to live with them.
Makes total sense not to keep a may wheel on the back. My plan is to do stretched bags as well. I'm just really interested in seeing some pictures. You all sound like you have awesome bikes

Take a look at the mag I talked about before. 23" inch badass wheel up front and 18" spoke wheel out back done by Sinister Industries. I bet the guy has got laid before! Haha!
