Keihen carb
on a '87 evo FLT with (non-CV) Keihen carb, what is the initial adjustment for the idle jet screw located on top of carb near manifold. The manual says this is preset and not to be adjusted but...

Don't get hung up on the number of turns; give the motor what it wants.

Start here for info on tuning a CV Carb. Probably about 1.5 to 2 turns open from fully seated to start with. Then adjust per tuning guide.
