Do a search and you'll find plenty of PCV owners with this scenario. unplug it and the problem will go away. But you will still need a tuner for that setup.
Go into your PCV software program. On the menu do the following:
Select Power Commander Tools: Configure: Harley ECM Data.
Make sure Diagnostic Port Enabled box is not checked. If it is, uncheck it.
Click OK to accept the changes.
That fixed my problem.

This worked for me, as well as quite a few others on these forums. There are several threads about this exact issue.
Give Dynojet a call there is a way to turn certain things off so the cruse / 6th gear light problem goes away and auto tune still work I don't have auto tune but I remember in some of my discussions with their tech that is a way to make both work.

Have been having this issue on my '10 Limited (intermittently at first, but on an 850-mile trip this past weekend, cruise and 6th-gear light problem was present pretty much all the time except for a few minutes after re-starting the bike). I was guessing it might be due to the PC-V (which I just installed about two months ago), but the fact that it was intermittent at first made me think it was a control module goin' south.
Anyway, went ahead and applied your simple fix, will ride the bike to work tomorrow and see if it worked!

Thanks!
It will work. Had same problem on 10 Limited with PCV. You do realize this thread is 2 years old.
Yes, I do realize it's a couple of years old. But I just bought the bike in May and have had this issue only for the past month or so. I figured it's possible that whoever posted the fix might still be on the forum. Just wanted to say thanks.
