I believe you need to buy a new caliper to run that 13" rotor if I'm reading other posts correctly and maybe you'll need to block off one side of brake tee if single sided, but I could be wrong. People are talking about a 6 piston caliper witth the 13" rotor.
Hawg halters sell a single caliper kit. My buddy bought his from them. Look on their site. Also you will need to drill your back bolts out a little on your fender. Take a 1/4" nut and tape to your tire and adjust your fender forward for clearance.
LOL, yeah I did that on my FB. I bought the front wheel because I got a great deal on it. Thought I would be cool with the stock wheel on the back. That lasted about three weeks......
So when it came time for wheels on the Glide, I waited until I could afford both. I know how I can be....
I found it interesting that almost 50% of baggers in magazines have mis-matched wheels, including builders like Yaffe and Sinister. Look closely at their build sheets or just look at the rim.
So does anyone know how to mount the stock caliper with a 13" rotor? If could be done I would like to do it.
