Squeaking Rineharts

I recently installed V & H Dresser Duals and 4" Rineharts on my '02 Road King. Since putting the Rineharts on I have been getting an annoying squeak from the exhaust. It did not do this with the screaming eagle slip ons that were on before the Rineharts. I have determined that it is not the rubber exhaust mounts since they have been replaced and lubed in every possible way yet they still squeak. It almost seems that the exhaust is "whistling" through the joint where the end caps attach to the muffler. The way the baffles seat into the end cap looks like it would allow this to happen. Has anyone noticed this before or have any suggestions to get rid of the squeak?
