I have a '10 Road Glide Custom. I've installed the airwing rack with the LED light bar. Have it wired under the fender to the accessory port under the seat.
I picked up a solo seat this week and am wanting to set the bike up with the solo seat without the backrests, passenger seat and rack as an option sometimes. is there some sort of "quick disconnect" setup I can get close to the rack so I don't have to fish the wire back in every time I want to ride 2-Up?
You can use the bike's tour pak harness and make a mating connector for the three-wire harness from the LED using these p/n's:
73103-96BK (used to plug into the bike's TP harness. The wire terminals are 73190-96; three required, but they're cheap so buy a couple extra in case you screw-up the crimp--return the unused ones if you like)
The tour pak harness is probably coiled up under the left side cover or on the left frame rail under the seat--it will have a black three wire connector.
Alternatively, there are other quick disconnects HD uses on our bikes that your HD store can provide.
