I have a 2008 SG that I have removed the factory rear turn signals and replaced them with 2 deuce style turn signals mounted between the bag and fender along with a run/brake/turn for the entire rear end. My questions is since I have a factory security system, do I need to add an equalizer to protect the security system since I have added these other halogen lights to the rear?

 

Been my experience that if you don't after modified turn signals the red security key on dash stays on.
