I hate debt almost as much as I hate banks and bankers.

You'd be surprised how quickly you can pay off your house, if you take that bike payment money and apply it towards your house every month.

That is one of the best feelings in the world, making the last payment. The only thing better is when you get the title in the mail from the bank.
