Ok guys here are a couple pics of my new 2012 Road Glide. I bought it about 100 miles from my home so I got to really ride it on the way home. So far I LOVE it. I definitely need and different windshield and will be getting that soon. The wife HATES it. I told her to give me a little while and a little cash and it will be as comfy as the EG was. I kept my tour pack and have the detach rack for it, so once it is painted and I buy her a new seat I am sure she will be much happier with my decision. Anyway at this time I am very happy with the bike.

When I got my Electra the wife hated it, she said you're buying "that", is horrible specially that thing in the back (tour pack), I got the detachable kit and she said it looked much better, but behind my back she told everyone how comfortable the bike was.
I just got a 2012 SG and her first comment was...where is the thing in the back................ so don't worry she will get used to it as long as she in confy....Congratulations, Enjoy
My wife loves mine. Picked up the Mustang Super Tourer when she rides with me, very comfy. Like to do the Tour Pak thing someday, but not the highest priority yet. Ride on either a Mustang Solo when she's not with me, or the stock seat for short rides. I added the Windvest, thinking it's the 15" and it works great. I also have a Road Glide Ultra windshield, but have never tried it.

Yep Mustang is what we need. We had one on the EG and she road all day no problem. I will get one eventually but cash is tight with a new ride. Bryan
