Footpad insert question

Footpad insert question

Trying to install new footpad inserts. Having alittle problem installing them. It seems like the pivot pegs are in the way of the rubber mounts on the inserts. Is there a trick I should know?

Try a little dish washing soap as a lubricant.

You have to line the pivot pins up with their respective slots in the inserts prior to pushing the nipples through.
