Also, Make sure your front wheel is aligned correctly. not sure if there is any difference from my 06 to yours.

The wheel is balanced and true. I check on a static balancer. One thing that is wrong the left wheel spacer is not the right size. Stock size is .968 width I have a .964 width. Would that little of a size difference throw of the alignment? I do have the proper spacer waiting for me at a local shop. Thanks guy for all the ideas and suggestions.

Man I doubt it...four thousands of an inch is a really small amount...

Forget dyna beads.

You have checked the static balance and that's not the problem. That .004 difference can possibly be an issue over time so I would take care of that variance. Remember that you have changed the geometry of the bike with that diameter front wheel. If others have that wheel and have success, all you need to do is make sure your wheel spacers are equivalent, and the wheel is aligned. Small inconsistencies in the tire tread and wear can actually cause crazy vibrations at only certain speeds. Make sure that tire is not micro-cupping. Also make sure your wheel bearings are still at spec. Hope you find the cause.

How much air you running? Bump it up to 40 psi see if that helps. Also raise the rear pressure up a bit.

There's no way .004" in spacer thickness would cause this problem. The front ends on these beasts just do not run this tight of tolerance. It is most likely a tire/wheel problem. Is the tire mark lined up with the valve stem? Have you tried rotating the tire 180 degrees on the wheel and balance again? I would not rebuild the whole front end before I tried a different tire.

Blue highway that's the balancing stand that I have. I went and picked up the correct wheel spacer. Ill install tonight and see if that was the cause. Thanks everybody.
