Are running lights covered under new bike warranty?

should be as part of the "electrical system"--- if bulbs are blowing quickly there are a couple of threads on that---- my take is it usually indicates poor ground connection.

also use heavy duty bulbs for the vibrations our bikes deal with

welcome to the forums, lot of good guys here--- and some straight shooters on the classified boards too.
