hello I have a 2002 ultra classic and recently had to change the shifter lever(linkage to splined shifter shaft) that goes to the transmission. upon reassembly and first test ride the bike now does not want to shift into 2nd gear with relative ease. Once through 2nd it shifts fine into 3rd and 4th and 5th. Anyone have any suggestions that check and or adjust to aid in fixing this problem?

 

Did you change to an aftermarket lever or stock?
