Just completed the Sportech install on my RKC. Painter did a great job with the colour and pinstripes. I have kept the black 4" screen for now but added HD slotted trim and cigar plug. I have HD 9" screen which works great but prefer the shorty with the brawler seat.
The wire up was easy using the plug cut off the end of the HD cigar lighter to connect to the onboard accessory socket. Fairing comes with Q/D plug. Nice and tidy.
The stereo kit works well, I dressed the stock speakers with HD trim rings that fit Electraglide rear speakers.
The only beef would be the brackets, bit of PITA to fit to bike as you need to loosen bolts and remove spacers if you wanna run without. I am overcoming this having ordered a set of Memphis shades brackets which I will adapt to fit.
All in all, for the money, total including paint $1200 (which this side of the pond is good value).
That looks really nice. They did a nice job on the paint for sure. Now you can swap out fairing, shield, or nothing. One of the things I love about the RK.
You have a beautiful bike and having a faring that is detachable is great for versitility, I had the quick detach set up on my fatboy for fairing, wand 2 different windshields.
Ive never seen that brand of fairing before it looks like it sits a lot taller than the factory set ups , does it block vision? I have your picture and one off the HD site of a Street Glide and it looks like your fairing is a lot taller, the wings are above the handlebars, is it just the angle or is it taller to the
