I'd like to second the Thanks for your service! Its you folks that are keeping this country Great and my family safe! From one Vet to another, Thank You! Hey a curious question? When I was in, we could not wear a long mustache or have any other facial hair other than a very shortly trimmed version, without a profile. Have the rules been changed a little?
No, No..... That was when I was on transfer leave. Had a total of 37 days off. Grew a full beard for the first 25 days or so, then trimmed it down to just a goatee. The picture you see was the morning I had to shave it all off and go back to work. I had fun in the process. I wish I would have actually went around like that. I really like the look on me. Next time that is what I will be doing.
It's the Edge Cut that I am having problems with. I have them on my bike too and they are what look purple. I guess we were posting at the same time and got things crossed up. Hope I didn't cause any confusion. Also.... Thanks for offering to send those to me. I truly do appreciate it. But there is no need. By the time they got here I would probably have my factory ones back in my hands.
I got ya! Sorry for the mix up.
I have never noticed my Edge Cut latches looking purple.

I didn't think it had become that lenient. However, I wasn't sure if Uncle Sam wasn't providing a little retention incentive or something?

You know how it is.... They always tell us not to "Stand Out" when we are overseas. But we all have short haircuts, no facial hair, have to wear collared shirts. Hmmm.... I may be wrong, but I would think that if we all look the same, that we are standing out. 8 1/2 years to go and I'm DONE!!!!

Stick with it Brother! If I hadn't dropped out early (Women!) I'd only be working part time right now, and even more proud! Stay safe...
Curious how you guys like the Edge Cut grips. Any gripes or complaints? I think they look great, but not sure how they would be after an hour or so of riding.
p.s. Denim Black bikes look awesome (but I'm biased...lol)!!!
I to would like to know how the edge cut grips are for comfort...they look great!
Personally I love the feel. However lately my hands go numb. Not the grips fault, but mine as I white knuckle a lot. They would look great on your bike. I'm not usually a big fan of Red, but your bike looks AWESOME!!!!

I've had the grips and levers for a month and I really like them. The grips are smaller round than stock and more comfy on my wrists with my PYO bars than the stock ones. So far no issues with the metal being too hot or any irritation from the slots.
