There's a guy here who swears that the T-Bags pouch will work with the Hogtunes pod and has posted pictures of it. I fought with it for months, and couldn't get it to work worth a damn.
Add to that, the T-Bags has very shallow pockets, and the angle on the sides makes them near worthless for anything small (stuff gets to be a pain to take out), and I scrapped it in favor of the old-style H-D 3-pocket.
Just installed a full Hogtunes system on a friends 2010 Ultra about 2 months ago. The HD Leather 3-pouch fits just fine on top of the Hogtunes tweeter pod.

So are you saying the H-D 3 pocket WILL work with the Tweeter pods? Could you post a picture if you have that setup?
