They look great, sound great, but give you a nice little dip in TQ right off the bottom. I just slipped the clutch a little longer to bring the revs up. I don't have that problem now as I have a 107" motor; TQ dip GONE!
I am also currently half way through a D&D Fat Cat install.
I saw a thread a little ways back that said the chrome works or cycle shack true duals were getting pretty good numbers. Wish I could find that article.
I ran TDs on my current bike for a couple of years and got 102HP/103TQ. I recently changed to a 2-into-1 and now get 101HP/107TQ.
But those numbers only tell half the story! I lost 1HP at high rpms, which is no loss, but picked up close to 15TQ at mid-rpms, which is a real improvement. The bike feels smoother, pulls from very low rpms with ease and accelerates better from normal road speeds. It is a joy to ride.
I was very happy with it when I had TDs, but I am even more happy with it now!
