Will a 2009 Street Glide front tire fit a 2011 RK no mods?

it's the tire and wheel, my bike does not have ABS.. the bike wheel i am looking at has ABS, are they not interchangeable?
The bearing will be different, hopefully somebody else will chime in, but I believe since you don't have ABS and are trying to put an ABS wheel on you will be ok, I know it doesn't work the other way around. Worst case is you would have to change the bearings.
