19289-12 '02-'06 Touring will not fit '09-'12 Touring; the primary side is completely different. You need 19220-12 and the "special" compensator 40274-08A.

If I wasn't so happy with my hot roddded 103, I'd have to consider it.
Get a complete gasket kit, disassemble, weld crank and re-assemble and drop it in.
