SE 120R Current Pricing
stupid question but it reads SE120R '02-'06 will this fit the '09-'12 touring frames ?

I don't think it's a stupid question, I thought it only fit the '07 and newer because of the 6-speed
here's what I found in the SE 2012 catalog
of Compensator P/n 40274-08A.
19220-12
Black & Chrome. $5,695.95
Fits ’06-later Dyna
Ž and ’07-later touring models. ’06-’11
Dyna and ’07-’10 touring models require separate purchase

19289-12 '02-'06 Touring will not fit '09-'12 Touring; the primary side is completely different. You need 19220-12 and the "special" compensator 40274-08A.

If I wasn't so happy with my hot roddded 103, I'd have to consider it.
Get a complete gasket kit, disassemble, weld crank and re-assemble and drop it in.
