i am not sure how to post on this but, i am changing my handgrips on my road glide and wanted to know if there is a specific lube to use on the throttle side to it turns the way it's supposed to. thanks for any help, jerry
On my Harley I just leave the throttle tube dry. No issues. On my dirt bikes I put a thin layer of good quality water proof grease between the bar and throttle tube.
Zach, Did you roll over to Run to the Cascades last weekend. We had a good time but the fuzz was out in force. They thought the Hells Angels were there. They were scared I guess.

Nope. I've been to Sturgis, Street Vibrations, Hollister, and the Oyster Run. They are all pretty much the same. I'll do Sturgis again, but just for the ride there and back.
Most enforcement I ever saw was at Hollister. At least 2 on every corner, plus a damn helicopter flying over the event the whole day taking pics. Crazy.
