None of those sites will write a check for your bike. Do you know how the prices are actually calculated? If not, that info is dangerous as they are all super high. They are only worth what someone is willing to buy it for. Market is soft and new metric bikes are so heavily discounted in the south here it is not even funny. New 2010 Goldwings are $5k off, new 09 Suzuki C109RT are even more at $8999 brand new. It is who you know when buying and who you know when selling. Cheers.

Since I totaled my bike last week I have been watching ebay and several other sites and it is a buyer's market. I can't believe what some of the Harley touring models are going for. With the way the economy is going the buyer is going to have the upper hand for a while. I plan on taking my time looking.

I think the chances of actually selling at any of those prices are slim to none even for a dealer.

Yep, a lot of far-fetched embellishments to be sure.

My son was in the market for a streetglide, some dealers had 09s for 18995 with 6-8k and exh and a couple other cosmetics, they would not budge on their prices. The days of cash talking are gone, they want to make $$ on financing and your trade in.
Even high 17s on an 07. So we found an 07 FLHX at a pp for 16 with 5k on it with int/ex, bars and reg paid till next July and a car load of parts and extras. PP is where its at! F these rip off dealers

Blue book values are only a guide, depending on where you live, prices can vary a lot, also the time of year definetly makes a difference, and as stated, the economic, the law of supply and demand always plays a part.

Those are retail prices at a dealer. Not wholesale that a dealer will give you and not private party sell prices which is between retail and wholesale.
