Stage 1 install?

I have about 600 miles on my 2012 SG.
It is sitting in my garage torn down waiting for parts to come back from being powder coated.
My exhaust + other Stage 1 parts form Fuel Moto will be here tomorrow.
Should I install my Stage 1 now or should I wait untill I have more miles on it?
