I have a 2002 Electra Glide FI that I would like to add cruise control to. I would like to use the factory setup if at all possible. Has anyone out there done this before? Is it pretty straight forward? Would it be easier to just get a throttle lock type cruise control?
I have an 02 EGC. Picked it up over the winter.
I had the Cruise Control installed at the dealer.
The first challenge was to find the kit. The Dealer located one thru their internal system, basically since this kit is discontinued means you can't just order it. They did locate a dealer that had a kit in stock.
I think they charged me an hour labour plus the cost of the kit.
