If you're looking for one of these I have one in the shed. I had the same problem, saved all my Road King seats and put them on my Road Glide. HD charges $25 for this $2 part. You can have it if you want it. Just cover the postage. If interested, shoot me a PM and I'll get a picture off to you.

You can use a Street Glide dash. I have one on my 04 EGC and mine does not have the SG insert; just the bar and shield logo.

I had the same problem when I changed the dash out on my -07 Ultra Classic. I found this chrome dash extension in the Drag Specialties Fat Book. I covered the empty spot and extended the chrome below the front tip of my seat.

That's the one I'm running now. Wasn't sure where it came from. Bro-in-law gave it to me.

I have an Ultra. Have 2 extra seats. Road Glide which does not require an extension. Also have a RK seat that needs an extension.
The Rg seat is more comfortable for me and passenger.

I'm good seat-wise. I think the extension/filler piece will work just fine for me.

J&P Cycles sells an extension that is just what you need.
