I don't have the link any more but it's a German bulb..... very reasonable ($12.00 each) and is the 80/100 over the stock 55/60. Try a search that's where I found it here.

Here is what I did last week after reading this forum. Light output compared to stock is phenominal. Color match is excellent.
Cleaned haze out of all housings.
Sylvania Silverstar Ultra 9003 2 pack Wallmart $47.00

$9.50 2 bulbs free shipping. Had bulbs in 4 days.

These are whiter and brighter. I have the headlight and it's great. Getting the passing lamps for Christmas, I think.

I use Osram Night Racer bulbs, Osram is the parent company of Sylvania. They are made in Germany specifically for motorcycles, got them on ebay for $49.99 + shipping for a 2 pak. They also make one called X-racer, it's more of a blue tint.

Be very careful about higher wattage. The plug for the bulb will melt. The bulb I have came with a ceramic replacement plug, it is a lot brighter. I can't think of the name off hand.

you can get bakelite connectors for your headlights at napa auto parts. bakelite is the stuff that they used to make distributor caps from so it's heat proof. look at the hella and cibie headlights for the european market. they're far superior to the plastic backed reflectors that harley uses. susquehanna motorsports carries them and it's a great improvement over stock harley headlights. i think my single headlight, all glass and a hella e-code headlamp was just under $50. susquehanna motorsports is in fleetwood pa. and be sure to get the headlight for france and germany rather than for great britain because the brits drive on the wrong side of the road making their headlights focus the light in the wrong direction for spread. they claim 400% more light, and i don't believe it, but it surely doubles the effective light with the same h4 bulb.

I installed the hella "e-code" bulb and housing - great upgrade, and much cheaper than LED's.

Try searching the forums - there are some great posts from a user named iClick on the topic.

Same here. Use hella e-code bulb and housing. Excellent results without breaking the bank.
