One word bro, get that baby on the dyno.
They are set up very lean from the factory.
Its normal to have a little de-cel pop, everyone whines about it, but when you romp on it and let of the throttle all that air has to go somewhere, FAST, that's where it comes from.
Protect your ride and let it run at max performance.=DYNO
If you interested I have a guy not to far from you in Binnel FL, run you $200 max! And he's REALLY GOOD

I gutted my cat from my head pipes with great luck. I have the Power Commander V and the air breather upgrade. When I took it back to be retuned my mechanic told me that I was getting nearly the same HP as people were that had True Duals installed. I gained 4HP and 5ft/lbs over the stock exhaust with the cat in them.

Josh any way to show a pic of what plugs look like on a tuned bike, I've seen two sets of tuned plugs so far and they look like the one's posted above and mine, I would be very interested to see the difference.
Just double checked the connections and took for another ride and there wasnt nearly as much back firing. I didnt ride it all that far this time either. I may ride to work in the am to see how good or bad the back firing is. Maybe all the changes need to break in before everything gels properly?
Thanks for your help guys. If I knew I had to dyno it I would have just gone with an sert. The convenience of the pcv is its supposed to be a plug n run. I'll have to get it to a shpp and have them look It oved. Almost wish is just stayed stock and left her be. Thanks again for your replies.
I know what you mean...plug and play is rarely that. If you have all the parts just unplug everything and put it back to stock. The one benefit of plug/play mods is you can unplug it reconnect the factory connector and your back to stock.....this is a viable option or the madness will continue.
