Default Inner Faring Completed

It took 7 hours (solo), but I finished installing my painted inner faring along with Dakota Digital Guages.

Looks nice. Did you buy the painted inner from HD or have it done locally. Want to get mine done so curious about what a local painter might charge....got to be cheaper than the HD one.

Bought it painted from Harley (Zanotti). I wanted to makes sure of the color matching especially since Tequila Orange has metallice flake, thus I figured getting direct through harley was my best option. Took about 5 weeks to receive.

LOL...nope. I bought every inner faring part (i.e. nuts, screws, gauge brackets & chrome mirrors) ahead of time and I installed everything on the painted fairing prior to installing, except for radio. The original fairing still has all the gauges on it.

Ahhhhh. Makes sense.......still great job. I see an oil temp gauge in there! Nice....where did you take your feed from and is it electrical to a solenoid below or does an oil line run to it?
