I am looking the the Rush Big Louie exhaust for my 06 Street Glide (stock header pipes). The baffles are interchangeable as far as size correct? In other words if I don't like the 2.5 inch I can simply order the 2.25 inch and install correct?
If you go with Big Louie slip ons for an '06, I recommend the 2.25" as the largest baffle size to use. The 2.50" does not provide a lot of back pressure so you'll loose bottom end power and tuning will be difficult. The 2.25" still has a deep solid tone with just a bit less volume and it's easier to tune. Most riders are happy with the 2.00" and this is the most popular size for 06's. Let me know if you would like more info.

Thanks for the info, I want deep sound and louder than I have now. I bought the bike with stage one on it and don't know what the slip ons are. (pretty quiet) I did put a TFI on it and and trying to decide on Vance pro-pipe or Rush. Really don't want to lose alot of bottom end.

The 2:1 system works best on most bikes; provides great performance increases on top and bottom end. Also has interchangeable baffles and a similar sound to our slip-ons.
