Default Get a grip

For anyone thinking about splashing over a bill for PM of Roland Sands renthal grips, these might be for you. Found these at the dealer today for $79. I have had the PM and these are just as good. I know Avon makes some for about $50, but just thought I would share.

Just put a set of these on last week but haven't ridden it since. I bought them in the magnum size. They do feel good, and are very grippey right now.

the avons are nice but... dont fit well with 1 1/4 bars, they are a tad short and leave a small gap were the lever perch meets the taper on the bar.

I have the magnum size on my ultra. Just finished a 2K road trip, they are super comfortable.

Love the Get-a-Grips! I find I can rest my fingers by just pressing my gloved palm on the throttle grip to keep it in place. I used to use a throttle boss but haven't had the need for it since putting the g-a-g's on.

I think I read on one of these forums that only the magnum size fit the Harley tourers, could be mistaken.

I put them on my 05 Road King. Regular size for smaller hands works quite well.

Hope Your Kury Grips work better for you than they did for me. Put the ISO grips on my 08 ultra, and they looked and felt great. The problem was the sloppy fit on the throttle side, could'nt stand the grip moving so much in the housing. Called kury and they verified I was using the right grips and that I installed them correctly. The Kury rep said that all thier grips were made that way so they would fit on various models. I removed them and installed the HD get a grip, which fit like the orginals.
