This bike had some type of an accessory package I am guessing..Harley or aftermarket add on,s not sure.Check out the trim on the front fender and on top of the bag,s..The ***** on the highway pegs are hollow but do have a nut built in to it that keeps the foot pegs tight.It also has ***** on the end of the mirrors..

Accessory package, maybe an old Shriner's parade bike? Nice looking bike for it's age.
