Boss gave the approval, so I pulled the trigger. Boswell HD just picked up my 2010 Road King Classic. Getting her upgraded with the Big Bore Stage II 103 kit with V&H True Duals. Should be riding it by Monday!!
I will have them for sale. Boswell just picked up the Bike today so they can have it while Im on vacation next week. I plan on having them box up all the old parts. I will PM you with my cell number so you can call me if you are interested.
I did the same thing on my 2011 Road King. Love it. I have V&H Power Duals and V&H Monster Rounds. Sounds great and hauls.
I cant wait. I was thinking of getting hte Monster Rounds, but I just put the SE Street Performance Touring mufflers on this past spring. Those VH Monsters do sound good. I hope mine will be close.
Absolutely, I will let you know a week from Monday. I would like to ride before that, but dont get back into town until late on Saturday the 3rd. I think Boswells is closed on Sundays.
I'll wager you'll like the results. It'll also double as a stump-puller if you ever need one, as it'll be a torque monster. Please report back after a test ride.
Finally got my scoot back this afternoon. Was hoping to get it this past Monday, but the weather didnt cooperate. Today still sucked but around lunch time the rain stopped, so I left work for an off site meeting and took a quick ride around town. All I can say is OH BABY WHAT A FEELING! The shop manager said to take it easy for a few hundred miles, but I couldnt help myself. The torc feels unreal, I am definately impressed with the difference. Its night and day!
